Moby Dick in Ostseebad Wustrow

We always enjoy being here. The fresh waffles with ice cream and cream are a dream. Our highlight after a walk on the beach. There is a great hygiene concept in Corona times. The fish soup was also delicious.

Charming restaurant in the first row to the beach. Very nice staff but excessive prices for the food and drinks offered. Food quality is ok with room for improvement. Still thumbs up and hopefully until after Corona 👍

Spontaneously took a coffee break there. Despite the high number of tourists on the promenade and beach, we had no problems getting a table. From the terrace we had a magnificent view of the Baltic Sea. Although we really only had one coffee, the staff was very friendly and the coffee came very quickly too. The restaurant is very comfortably furnished, we will definitely return there on our next vacation

Got a table even though we hadn't booked, friendly and quick service. Not to forget the great ambience and the really tasty dishes at reasonable prices

Unfriendly staff - especially the head waiter! Very long waiting times, despite the almost empty restaurant. The food tasted below average! If you are in this place and want to eat delicious food - with excellent service, then go to the "Swantewit" next door

The service seemed so amusing to me that we only wanted something to drink. Acquaintances then tried dinner there anyway, annoyed staff, mass processing, within half an hour with a starter that came before the drinks were out again. Food was fine.

Better to reserve seats on weekends. Friendly service. Food comes quickly and tastes delicious. The ambience is really great, especially when you look at the stormy Baltic Sea outside and it's so cozy inside. September 2020👍

The room with the terrace was gigantic, the sea view is priceless. Compared to the competition, the room is half a castle. The kitchen and breakfast is very good. I'll make it short ... we'll be back soon!

Wonderful location in the first row on the beach with a large terrace. The quality of the coffee and waffle was okay. In times of Corona, cleaning / disinfection of the tables outside would be desirable. In contrast to indoors, the staff does not place anything here and therefore does not clean it. The staff seemed annoyed and you had the feeling as a customer to be bothered. I think next time it’s going to the opposite side for coffee.

The whole meal was very good, especially the first thing in 14 days of vacation that could prepare fried potatoes! The service was still great at 8 p.m. Definitely recommend! 👍👌🤗

Coherent evening. Nice staff who found a solution for a successful dinner despite corona regulations and lack of space. Anytime again.

It's a very nice restaurant. Great attention was paid to the corona regulation. You can sit outside there but it is also very nice inside. The food was excellent. The waiters were very friendly and attentive.

Very friendly and competent staff. Food was really delicious. You can tell that it was freshly prepared with love. Ambience is very inviting and invites you to linger. For us today the best that Wustrow has to offer. And they have won new regulars. 👍🥰 Keep it up 🥰😍

Only briefly: We stopped there on the terrace in glorious sunshine. The waitress came up briefly and put the menu and the coronavirus on the table and she was gone ..... Then sat for about 15 minutes without an employee showing up. After us came guests with dogs, which were served very promptly. Employees let the four-legged friends "lick" them off. Pfuiiiiii .... After about 20 minutes the waitress came and wanted to take off the coronavirus again. Then showed that we already have that ... And: schwubbs she was gone again😄 Finally after about 25 minutes we were allowed to place our order, which had shrunk from something edible to drinks due to the "brief reflection phase". Probably better if you read the reviews here ... The waitress was totally annoyed and came across as unfriendly. Then she and the rest of the team placed reservation signs on all the tables. We couldn't hold back from laughing. After we had finished drinking, we asked for the bill. An employee then came and after a brief exchange of views about the miserable service prevailing here, the following original wording emerged from him: I ALSO HAVE THE SNUTFULLY FULL OFTEN HERE ... 🤣🤣🤣 We then paid and our financial officer gave us a tip with the words: In the hope that everything will get better here sometime ... The clerk had a fit of laughter. He was visibly surprised ... That says a lot about this house. Should you have a visit, take something with what has 4 legs, or go in on all fours yourself, then you will be served as soon as possible😉 We don't stop there. Even one star is still too many.

Rarely have you seen a restaurant where a waiter can destroy a holiday mood within 30 seconds. We just wanted to implement ourselves, then we already experienced the feeling of being uninvited guests. After we went to the restaurant across the street, where we spent the whole afternoon thanks to the excellent service and warmth, our day was saved.

A wonderful apartment. The view is a dream, the interior beautiful. The food is fantastic too! Especially steak, chicken and afterwards the tiramisu. Unreservedly recommended, we will definitely come again!

Best location in Wustrow, from the large terrace you have an optimal view of the Baltic Sea. Service very friendly, food very tasty at reasonable prices. But the portions could be a little bigger.

Nice restaurant. Rustic interior. The aquarium is always a great eye-catcher. The latte macchiato is great 👍 Large portions, even the cake ... On the terrace you have a great view of the Baltic Sea. I can recommend the restaurant. 👍

Very good - right on the water and beach - great atmosphere and very nice staff!

The flat fish with roasted ham and potatoes had been tasting delicious as always. Sitting in an old ship and having a great fish show basin aside of the table and the view to the sundowner into the Baltic Sea at evening dinner is something what we need each time we are staying at this area.

Rushed, overwhelmed service personnel, food not bad, but definitely not worth the high prices. Section with the best view / sun exposure was closed off during the afternoon.

Really nice king prawn risotto and a beer.... yummy! Oh and out waitress was really nice!

Cosy place to sit and pretend you're on a ship deck! But food was nothing to write home about - most of it tasted like it came straight out of the microwave. Gulasch meat dry; apple strudel had an odd, powdery consistency.

Food is ok. But don't go inside without asking for permission. Even if tables are empty waiters do everything to keep you out. Today last word of waitress to get us (6) out of the restaurant: "you are aware of 2 hours waiting time for dishes?" Pity. We were here with our kids for many years. Now never again.
